The Technical Review and Approaches Report presents the findings of a technical review of the City of Davenport Zoning Ordinance. The document focuses on regulatory issues and potential revisions identified during the technical review, and offers conceptual approaches to resolving specific issues. Importantly, this report is not intended to present every needed change, as some will be minor changes that “clean up” the Ordinance and create a user-friendly document, while others are much more detailed revisions that will need to be worked out during the drafting process.
The findings of the Technical Review and Approaches Report will be presented at a public meeting to be held in July 2017. Please check back to this website for more information.
